Villa Rentals: Rates

Please note, these rates are for renting the villa on your own and do not include meals. View all-inclusive vacation rates.

Dates Rates are for 7 nights
April 16, 2008 - December 13, 2008 $3,500/week or $600/night
December 13, 2008 - April 18, 2009 $5,000/week or $800/night
April 19, 2009 - December 12, 2009 $3,500/week or $600/night

Rental rates include: pick-up at the ferry in St. John and transportation to your rental car or to the villa, mid-week maid service and concierge service during your stay from the on-island property management company. Bed linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, WiFi internet, kitchenware, and much more are all available for your use at the villa.

A non-refundable deposit of half the rental rate is required to reserve your stay and payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. 8% VI tax is not included in rates above. Rates are subject to change at any time. To reserve, please call 1-888-FL-VILLA or email info@florianvilla.com.
