Yoga Retreats: Sample Day

7:30-8:45 am Yoga DeckYoga on the villa deck (slow flow, vinyasa, hatha). Yoga practice will be for all levels with many modifications offered for beginner or more advanced practitioners. Or practice in solitude on the lower deck or in on the tropical grounds of the property
9:30-10:30 am Breakfast
11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Afternoon Activities - one of the following offered each day:

Yoga BeachRelax on St. John's world class beaches - Trunk Bay, Cinnamon Bay, Maho Bay, Francis Bay

Snorkel on St. John's spectacular coral reefs

Hike the national forest trails and explore petroglyphs and ruins

Building a Personal Yoga Practice - Discussion and practice on how to incorporate yoga into your daily home and work life.

Introduction to the Chakra System - overview of the energy centers in our bodies that influence various emotions. Practice meditations related to the chakras

Massage at the villa

Private yoga session

Ram's Head Hike and Yoga - 45 minute hike to one of the most secluded spots on the island, high above the ocean for a yoga practice. After the practice, enjoy a relaxing beach afternoon with optional snorkeling.

Shopping in St. Thomas - take the 40 minute ferry ride to some of the best duty-free shopping in the word.

(Activities will vary slightly by retreat, if you have particular preferences, please be sure to let the retreat leaders know in advance.)

5:00 pm Gentle Hatha Yoga/Meditation (1 hour) on the deck while watching the sun set
7:00 pm Dinner
