Join the owners of Florian villa for a yoga vacation in paradise. Morning vinyasa practice, afternoon gentle yoga and meditation, and plenty of time for relaxing on the beach, snorkeling, hiking and lounging by the private pool at the villa. One massage included and additional spa treatments optional. There is a maximum of 7 students, so everyone will have individualized attention. Learn the basics of yoga and meditation in a comfortable environment. You'll return home with stress management and relaxation tools to integrate into your daily life. Plenty of time for relaxing on the beach and lounging by the private pool at the villa. One massage included and additional spa treatments optional. There is a maximum of 7 students, so everyone will have individualized attention. All yoga sessions are optional....perfect for friends or couples where only one is familiar with yoga.
